Because of the personal and customized nature of these services, all purchases are considered final once preparation or the candle ceremony has begun.

If you have submitted a request but the preparation process has not started, please contact us as soon as possible regarding your request.

After Service Begins

Once your candle ceremony, novena, or spiritual preparation has started:

• Refunds will not be issued.

• Services cannot be canceled or reversed.

• Time, preparation, and spiritual work have already been dedicated to your request.
